13896 - PeopleSoft FSCM Systems Analyst (onsite) - Austin, TX

Temporary Project Estimated Duration :12 months with possible extensions Work Setting:
Position will be 4 days remote with 1 day (Thurs.) required to be onsite at the location listed above.
Required: •Availability to work 1 day/week at the Client's site in
Austin, TX
(required); •Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects (8+ years); •Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management (8+ years); •Experience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations (8+ years); •Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing (8+ years); •Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) (8+ years); •Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team (8+ years).
Preferred
: •Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) (4+ years); •Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials (2+ years); •Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control (2+ years); •Experience with SharePoint (2+ years); •Experience with Jira (1+ years); •Experience working with the Scrum framework (1+ years)
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following: •Analyze business objectives and problems to identify alternative solutions and perform cost/benefit analysis. •Gather and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and operational challenges to improve or automate business processes. •Collaborate with personnel across departments to understand current workflows and define input/output specifications, report formats, and system needs. •Document detailed user needs and functional specifications for new or modified computer systems and programs. •Assess system capabilities, limitations, and timelines to determine the feasibility of implementing requested changes within the existing infrastructure. •Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, including fit-gap analysis and data mapping to legacy and third-party systems. •Communicate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful system integration.
