Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Certified Social Worker (CSW) plus:
A master's degree in social work.

Job Duties:
Provides psychiatric social work assistance to persons with co-occurring mental health and substance disorders and their families. Collaborates with the CAHSD psychiatrist and other healthcare professionals in diagnosis and treatment planning. Provides direct and indirect counseling services, including individual, group and family treatment to children and adults with co-occurring disorders ranging from age six to adulthood. Completing the necessary clinical requirements for insurance authorization. Screen calls for admission, determine of client's meet admission criteria, schedule clients for orientation group and/or refer to other community agencies. Attend Interdisciplinary staff and staffing meetings as well as supervisory meetings. Provide statistical reports as required by the facility manager. Position-Specific Details: Appointment Type:

This position may be filled as a Social Worker 1, 2, 3, or 4.
Work Schedule:
9 hours per day Monday - Thursday, 4 hours on Friday.

Compensation:
The minimum salary for this position is as follows:
Social Worker 1:
$18.38/hourly; $1,470.40/bi-weekly Social Worker 2:
$19.67/hourly; $1,573.60/bi-weekly Social Worker 3:
$21.05/hourly; $1,684.00/bi-weekly Social Worker 4:
$22.52/hourly; $1,801.60/bi-weekly **Note regarding the advertised pay range:
The advertised maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title/level over their career and not the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.
