Spartan Plumbing & Drain in Dayton, OH is looking for a
full- or part-time Customer Service Rep
to join our team. This position is available full-time or part-time and offers
$17 to $22/hour
(base pay plus commission). We also provide

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday . Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required to meet customer needs.
THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in scheduling software, using email, and using phone systems A friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Eagerness to grow within the company
Experience in customer service or a call center is preferred. Experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry is also a plus.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a Customer Service Rep, your day will start with answering customer calls in a professional and friendly way. You will schedule service appointments, make sure all customer information is recorded correctly, and explain the services we offer. You will handle customer questions, concerns, and rescheduling needs while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. You will also coordinate with our field technicians and management to make sure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you will follow up on leads, estimates, or missed appointments to ensure the best possible customer experience. Your performance will be measured by things like how quickly calls are handled, how many appointments are booked, and customer satisfaction.
