Key Skills We're Looking For
Python (Django):
Extensive experience in backend development, focusing on scalable and maintainable code. React:

Prior experience crafting applications with complex workflow logic, audit trails, and approval mechanisms. Financial Expertise:
Familiarity with financial products, PnL processes, and product control functions is preferred. Database Skills:
Strong SQL and ORM tool know-how to manage data effectively. Cloud and DevOps:
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-native development methodologies. Leadership:
Ability to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive architectural designs. Additional Technologies:
Experience with Databricks, Spark, and financial reporting platforms is a plus.
