Description Utilize expertise to recommend operational strategies impacting company and IT results. Manage strategic accounts and communicate with senior leadership to influence business decisions. Evaluate compliance with technology standards and work with business groups on application implementation. Build strong relationships with business partners to understand strategy and future needs. Provide monthly updates and presentations to senior management on strategic department matters. Consult with technical teams on systems design and implementation to develop business processes. Develop project scopes and business cases aligning with business and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities Communicate with senior leadership on strategic matters. Consult with IT teams to develop blueprints balancing IT efficiency and business innovation. Improve efficiencies by identifying cost-saving projects and opportunities. Lead, guide, and mentor best practices, design standards, and implementation strategies. Perform comprehensive discovery analysis and document technical solutions. Act as a liaison between Business Units and IT during all product life cycle phases. Conduct current state analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Qualifications 10 years of experience with 7 years in a solution architecture position. Experience in solution architecture and digital banking. Experience with integration design and creating logical/functional architecture diagrams. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and risk assessment. Experience working with high-traffic applications. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical owners.
