Our client located in the state of California is looking for a permanent Nurse Manager to help oversee a Med/Surg & Dialysis. Wonderful 7:30am-3:30pm schedule. $10K Sign-on Bonus is being offered. Ideal candidates should 2+ years of recent Nurse Management experience along with experience in select specialty. California RN license. BSN preferred.Responsibilities of the Med/Surg RN Manager: Under the general direction of the Director of Acute Care and Nursing Excellence, the R.N. Clinical Manager independently provides holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit. Demonstrates an advanced level of clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. Independently performs general and unit-specific clinical skills. Contributes to the Medical Center Department of Patient Care Services and the nursing profession in a positive manner. Minimum Requirements of the Nurse Manager Ideal candidates should 2+ years of recent Nurse Management experience. Med/Surg nursing experience. California RN license. BSN preferred.
