Job Description IAM Integration Analyst

Work Location Jersey city, NJ Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 5 + years of working experience with security frameworks and compliance regulations. • Knowledge of IAM, PAM, and information security best practices. • Experience in onboarding applications to IAM Tools. • Understanding of security concepts User Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties, Secure by Design, Human, Non-Human, Top Tier Account compliances and so on • Audit mindset. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR etc.) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL

Roles & Responsibilities • Analyze security requirements and technical specifications for IAM integration projects • Design and implement integration solutions using various tools like CyberArk, Aveksa , ServiceNow etc. • Integrate IAM systems with various applications, services, and infrastructure components • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM integrations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, development, and operations • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM integration solutions • Provide the Subject Matter Expertise and analytical services to aide System and Business Owners enforce Access Controls. • Help mitigate the violations and risks owned by these systems. • Assess, integrate & validate the access control implementation. • Set up and configure access request tools with pre-defined patterns. • Integrate end-point data to IAM certification engine to enable access certification controls. • Assess privilege access including non-human accounts and validate if controls are enabled.
