About the Role:
A contract opportunity is available for a
Business Analyst
with a strong user experience mindset and rapid prototyping skills to support internal software applications. This is a hands-on role that involves gathering requirements, leading discovery sessions, and creating wireframes and mockups to drive efficient product development and iteration.
Key Responsibilities: Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements. Create wireframes, mockups, and process flows using tools like Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or similar. Translate complex business workflows into testable, well-defined user stories. Serve as a liaison between internal users and the IT team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Document system enhancement requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications. Draft and maintain comprehensive business requirement documentation. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and technology. Participate in software testing, validation, and implementation of new features and updates. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical information into accessible terms. Apply strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation and deliverables. Demonstrate critical thinking and curiosity, consistently challenging assumptions and exploring opportunities for optimization. Independently troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and contribute ideas that enhance team collaboration and results. Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience designing wireframes, mockups, and user flows Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or similar Experience in mockup-driven product discussions and collaboration Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Bonus:
