Guidewire PC, BC & CC Support Developer
Position Overview
The Guidewire PC, BC & CC Support Developer position is a technology focused role based at a client site in Greenville, South Carolina, USA. The developer will play an integral role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Guidewire suite of products, specifically PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC). As part of a collaborative IT and business operations team, the developer will address business critical issues, implement changes, and ensure seamless system performance for one of the industry¿s leading property and casualty insurance platforms. This role combines hands on technical expertise, strong problem solving skills, and effective communication in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
pplication Support & Maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for support and troubleshooting related to Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter applications. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Incident Management: Manage incoming tickets and requests in line with SLAs, track root causes, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and end users to clarify and resolve issues.
Configuration & Customization: Implement and maintain configurations, rules, and integrations using Guidewire¿s Gosu language and configuration tools. Adapt application components to align with evolving business requirements.
Enhancement & Change Requests: Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design, and deliver enhancements. Ensure that changes are robust, scalable, and tested thoroug
