Driscoll's is seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Business Systems Analyst with experience building and supporting new solutions using configuration, data queries and other system tools to support warehouse management and warehouse labor solutions to meet business requirements.
As a WMS Business Systems Analyst, you will work with key stakeholders, WMS development lead, Support team and internal customers to support existing solutions, build new solutions while providing, technical guidance, system configuration best practices and operational support. This position will deliver relevant, timely and insightful information and support to the business and champion the distribution network.

This position will deliver relevant, timely and insightful information and support to the business and champion the distribution network. System Analysis, and support with WMS including: WLM setup, testing and deployment, new warehouse creation, configuration, testing, deployment, Scanning devices, printer system integration, Page Builder and Jasper report creation and Ad hoc data queries. Unit /integration /system test development and execution. Scalability & Performance: Ensure the WMS can scale with business growth, supporting increased order volume, store replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment. Process Optimization: Identify and develop opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement within warehouse operations Work effectively and produce consistent results with minimal supervision. Analyzing trends and opportunities. Travel and participate in on-site activities. May require Domestic and international travel up to 20%. Support the business with off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and rotational on call support Follow Company policies and practices while presenting Driscoll's in an ethical and business-like manner in all interactions with employees, governmental agencies, growers, customers, etc. Any additional tasks required by the role. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 3+ years of experience with implementations, configurations, and development in Warehouse Management System platforms. 2+ years of SQL Server or SQL*Plus experience. 2 + years of experience
Collaborate
with analysts and business process owners in new configuration, development, testing and support of WMS software applications and programs. This role requires 4 days onsite in Watsonville and Fridays can be remote from home. Able to travel national and international up to 20% of the time. Salary Range estimated for the Business Systems Analyst II: $85000 to $115,000 USD .
