We are seeking a seasoned Software Delivery Director to lead and manage complex transformation projects for Tier1 customers. The role involves overseeing the delivery of workflow automation solutions built using Vue.js, Python, and integrated with ML/AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software delivery, stakeholder management, and experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in telecom environments
What will your job look like?
Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of workflow automation projects for Tier 1 customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, Scrum leads, S/W architects, QA, and DevOps engineers. • Oversee the development and integration of front-end (Vue.js), back-end (Python), and ML/AI components. • Collaborate with Customer stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria. • Ensure adherence to agile delivery practices and continuous improvement methodologies. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage budgets, and ensure resource optimization. • Drive innovation and scalability in automation solutions, leveraging AI/ML for predictive workflows and intelligent decision-making. • Provide leadership in technical architecture discussions and solution design reviews.
All you need is...
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - information technology, management information systems, software engineering, and networking 10+ years of experience in software delivery/project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing transformation projects in telecom or enterprise environments. Strong understanding of front-end frameworks, back-end development, and ML/AI integration. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence). Ability to lead distributed teams and manage vendor relationships. Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience working with CSP or similar telecom operators. Exposure to workflow orchestration tools and business process automation platforms. Understanding of data governance, model lifecycle management, and AI ethics. PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification. Why you will love this job:
