Essential Criteria: Minimum Associate's Degree in a technical or business-related field or 3+ years of experience in a related field. Electrical experience and understanding of DC power is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Effective oral and written communication skills Proven organizational skills with an attention to detail Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings. Computer-oriented. Word and Excel skills are necessary; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset Experience with the Mini-Pitch System installations and Musco product knowledge is a plus 50% Travel- including some weekends and evening work Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
Review projects with the Soccer Development Team, identify and verify all details to be included in the scope of work Develop the scope of work and create a request for quote (RFQ) for subcontractors. Work with the Soccer Development Team on pricing when needed. Identify, communicate, and implement change orders; track installation and approve invoices. Scheduling and Installations
Coordinate all necessary resources to keep projects on schedule, including whether to utilize the Musco Team or subcontractors. Attend preconstruction meetings as needed with customers, sales, and contractors to assure accurate information of installation; based on customers' expectations and contractor availability, coordinate project details, installation, and delivery arrangements with Sales and Engineering. Report product defects and propose improvements. Evaluate installation problems and develop solutions. Training
Provide training to customers or contractors to ensure that Musco products are installed correctly. Oversee installations and ensure they meet quality standards. Field technical questions from all groups involved in project installation (Representatives, Contractors, Customers, etc.).
