With a growing business, our Custom Services Custodian plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You are responsible for the upkeep of warehouse facilities, including general cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks that support the daily operations and ensure our compliance with food safety standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, OSHA).

SUCCESS FACTORS (First 12 - 18 Months) Attention to Detail:

You've ensured that our Distribution Center sparkles from our racking to our loading docks to our product staging areas - all without disrupting workflow! You're known for the thoroughness in the way you perform regular cleaning of warehouse floors, high-touch areas, empty trash and recycling...all according to the master schedule. We have all benefited from your attention to detail and support of special projects, seasonal deep cleans and audits. Communication:

In collaboration with our warehouse team, you created a cleaning activities schedule that supported operational needs. You promptly kept your leader and fellow team members informed about wet areas, low or worn-out supplies, and the need for replacement or reordering. Safety First:

You have systems in place for the proper use and storage of PPE and cleaning tools, chemicals and supplies. You're relied upon to address spills, debris, or hazards promptly to prevent accidents. Knowing that there are repetitive tasks in your work, you've promoted good ergonomic practicies in your daily activities. You've set the example by maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents. Looking at work through a lens of safety, you care deeply about the safety of fellow team members and are comfortable addressing any safety concerns. Reliable and Proactive:

You are respected for delivering on your commitments and your team can count on your reliability. You have proactively identified areas that need attention-whether it's cleaning, organizing, or implementing practical solutions-and without fail, you have taken action to address the need. You find ways to make the work feel good - celebrating small wins, sharing good vibes, and keeping things upbeat. What You'll Bring:

1-5 years of experience within warehouse, quality and/or manufacturing operations, preferred to include SQF compliance Knowledge of custodial processes and experience with floor scrubber machine preferred Monday - Friday, 9:00PM - 5:30AM, plus overtime as needed Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours Eligible for a $1.50 shift differential

Payrate:

$22.80/ hour
