The Externals Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a well-established roofing & restoration contractor with a strong presence in NYC & Long Island. You'll oversee new construction building envelope projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage new construction projects Manage labor, materials, and equipment for efficient delivery Inspect work for quality, safety, and compliance with specifications Resolve on-site challenges quickly with practical solutions Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members What You'll Need:
Experience in new construction projects in New York Proven leadership in construction or projects Knowledge of safety regulations & ability to read drawings, CD5s & Site Safety Plans Strong problem-solving skills under pressure Bilingual (English/Spanish) What's on Offer:
