We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in graphic design, and a strategic mindset to lead and elevate our marketing efforts. This role requires a balance of creative excellence and data-driven execution, with a focus on brand growth, campaign performance, and visual storytelling. Web design experience is a plus but not required.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in turning ideas into impactful visuals and contributing to high-level marketing strategies.

This position can be based at any of our 13 office locations: Antigo, Appleton, Clintonville, Eagle River, Green Bay, Marquette, MI, Oshkosh, Rhinelander, Shawano, Sister Bay, Stevens Point, Wausau, or Wisconsin Rapids.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Graphic Design:

Lead the creation of visually compelling assets for multi-channel campaigns (social, email, digital ads, print, presentations). Uphold brand guidelines and elevate visual identity across all platforms. Campaign Execution & Strategy:

Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, customer engagement, and brand identity. Partner with shareholders across service lines to support marketing initiatives. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement A/B testing where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing goals and measurable outcomes. Translate performance data into insights and recommendations that guide campaign adjustments and strategy shifts. Digital & Web Presence (Preferred Skill) Project Management:

Ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns, print materials, and social media initiatives. Keep projects on track by meeting deadlines Web Design:

Partner with website vendor to maintain, refresh our web pages, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and visual appeal. Utilize UI/UX design experience in conjunction with knowledge of WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms to optimize end-user experience. Data-Driven Marketing:

Utilize analytics tools to synthesize data and gain insights. Analyze reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations to enhance strategies and campaigns. Experience with Google analytics preferred. Business Development Support:

Assist in organizing and participating in business development opportunities, including proposal assistance, industry-specific conferences, and virtual presentations. Contribute to the growth of our firm by promoting our services effectively. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing with proven success in a senior or lead capacity. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Strong understanding of Google Analytics and reporting dashboards. Exceptional project management and collaboration skills. Creative thinker with a strategic lens and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred:

Experience with CRM software (i.e. HubSpot). Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Google Analytics. Familiarity with website platforms and design principles (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.). Experienced graphic designer and experience using design tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Hub4pot) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Experience collaborating with web developers or agencies to enhance user experience, update content, and support SEO best practices.
