iSphere is seeking a sharp and experienced ETRM Business Analyst to join a high-impact team supporting the implementation of the Orchestrade platform. You'll be at the center of a major transformation-helping a leading energy client shift from legacy systems (Titan and NATGAS) to a modern, integrated Orchestrade solution.
If you understand energy trading (gas and power), speak fluent "workflow," and know how to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, this is your lane.
What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with front, middle, and back office stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements Lead gap analyses between legacy ETRM platforms and Orchestrade Translate trading, pricing, and risk workflows into user stories and actionable specs Partner with development teams on data mapping, integration design, and system orchestration Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and standups Manage UAT, regression, and interface testing cycles Support training and change management as the system transition takes shape Track KPIs and milestones to ensure scope and delivery stay on target What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in ETRM/CTRM environments Deep knowledge of energy trading workflows-gas and power strongly preferred Direct experience with Titan, NATGAS, Allegro, Endur, RightAngle, or other ETRM platforms Familiarity with trade capture, PnL reporting, risk management, and compliance workflows Hands-on experience with system integrations, interface testing, and data flows Agile/Scrum savvy with strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills Tools of the trade: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SQL, Visio or Lucidchart
