SAP Security Analyst

Responsible for SAP S/4 HANA system and application security development, implementation, and maintenance across all divisions. Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP security tools, including ERP Central Component (ECC) Security, Business Intelligence (BI) Security, Master Data Governance (MDG) Security, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) 12. Identify security requirements, develop plans to meet those requirements, maintain current and accurate documentation, and troubleshoot and resolve security issues when identified. Assess risks and compliance issues of global security implementations and define solutions to address risks and issues. Gather requirements from internal clients and provide security and technical expertise to support the development of security objects. Develop security plans that meet business requirements while adhering to the principle of least privilege, following corporate development processes and procedures. Develop project plans, break down structure and task dependencies, communication plans as needed; documenting, and executing test protocols. Represent the security team in relevant change control processes and prepare and maintain documents as needed. Work with business areas and project teams to troubleshoot issues and identify and implement appropriate solutions. Interface with business, project, vendor and IT personnel to understand application changes that may impact security and develop plans to assess, impact and implement appropriate actions. Understand compliance requirements that may impact security and work with business areas and project teams to develop security solutions that address these requirements. Execute remediation plans when audit issues and concerns are raised by internal or external auditors. Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
