Responsibilities Ensure the highest quality of food, beverage, and service in all banquet areas. Maintain effective communication within and between departments to meet guest expectations. Direct and coordinate the activities of all assigned personnel and departmental responsibilities, including training standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a harmonious working relationship. Control labor, costs, and expenses, operating within budgetary guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
5 years of leadership experience in banquets, preferably in a director role. High school diploma required; a 4-year degree in Hospitality or related field preferred. Familiarity with food and beverage financial systems and controls. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong intuition to anticipate needs and exceed expectations. Excellent communication and planning skills.
