Data Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a talented Data Reporting Analyst to support our Personal Loans Marketing team in Chicagoland. In this role, you will leverage data to provide actionable insights, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive business performance. This is a long-term contract position and offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative reporting solutions. Responsibilities: Design and maintain efficient data workflows to support the creation of marketing dashboards and performance reports. Document and standardize data definitions, sources, and logic to ensure consistent usage and governance. Optimize database queries and backend processes to improve scalability and processing speed. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing datasets and reports. Automate recurring reporting processes to track campaign performance metrics such as conversions and cost-per-acquisition. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to streamline data integration and ensure high-quality data sources. Develop dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau, enabling business stakeholders to monitor trends and key performance indicators. Provide ad hoc data analyses and reports to support decision-making for marketing campaigns. Partner with marketing teams to identify data-driven opportunities for improving campaign strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role. Proficiency in handling large datasets and executing complex SQL queries; experience with Python is a plus. Expertise in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for reporting and dashboard creation. Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Adobe, or Marketing Cloud. Proven ability to build scalable data models and automate data workflows. Strong understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance analysis. Experience with tools like Erwin Data, BusinessObjects Technologies, or other data visualization solutions.
