Business Intelligence Analyst - SAP Analytics
Partner with the business client community to identify and analyze business needs and provide recommendations for technology solutions. Collaborate with IT, business clients, and solution providers to improve productivity and enhance processes supporting the clients business goals. Responsibilities include leading and participating in projects, baseline support, administrative, and maintenance duties. Boehringer Ingelheim seeks an experienced, team-oriented, and creative Business Intelligence professional to join our IT EDP SAP Analytics team. You will be responsible for delivering Business Intelligence solutions that support our business, including data management and visualization tools. This role is based in our Duluth, GA office, on-site 3 days per week. Duties & Responsibilities
Design business intelligence solutions primarily on SAP BW/4HANA, including SAP Analysis for Office or SAP Analytics Cloud front-ends. Maintain, support, deploy, and enhance BI solutions as part of a project or product team. Provide SAP data for downstream systems, AWS analytics, and data science use cases. Partner with stakeholders, coordinate with external development teams, and ensure quality of deliverables. Identify and implement innovations to create additional business value. Requirements
Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 7+ years of experience; or Bachelors degree with 5+ years; or Masters degree with 3+ years; or relevant Business/IT experience of 7+ years. At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence and solution development. Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, including programming and reporting with SAP Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud. Proven project or product experience in a global, fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication, presentation skills, creative thinking, and ability to drive change. Experience in international and intercultural settings; highly motivated, self-organized, reliable team player. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Legal authorization to work in the US required.
