Job Description

Lead and manage retail construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Retail should have:

Proven experience managing construction projects within the retail sector. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in Dallas.
