SALARY:

$104,800 - $124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Technical Product Owner for the o9 Production and Logistics Planning Tool, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, enhancement, and adoption of o9 within our supply chain operations. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the tool aligns with strategic objectives, delivers measurable value, and evolves to meet emerging business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

1.Product Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert and owner of the o9 application. Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap to stakeholders. 2. Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to gather requirements and identify pain points. Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including NAZ Tech and external vendors. 3. Technical Expertise:

Work closely with internal and external engineering teams to ensure the application is configured and customized to meet specific business requirements. Understand and articulate technical constraints and capabilities of the o9 platform to stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration of o9 with other systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, and TMS). 4. Implementation and Optimization:

Oversee the rollout of o9 enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operations. Monitor tool performance and user adoption, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Define and track KPIs to measure the tool's impact on production and logistics planning. 5. Leadership and Communication:

Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) for the o9 development team. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and successes. Train and support end-users to maximize the tool's effectiveness. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree Strong business acumen and understanding of warehouse processes, reporting best practices, and use of technology in Warehousing Experience with process improvement and change management Self-starter with eagerness to learn new topics and share best practices with other groups 5 or more years relevant experience in Warehousing systems Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills Expert Excel & PowerPoint skills Familiarity with Microsoft Power Suite (Apps, BI, Automate) Preferred Requirements:
