Technology Solutions Consultant Pay: $15/hour
Job Summary: We seek a motivated and dynamic Technology Solutions Consultant to drive growth and foster relationships for our IT firm specializing in cybersecurity and managed services. You focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency to support the sales process. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively understand and market technical solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development and Sales: 1. Generate Leads: Identify and research potential clients through networking, cold calls, and market analysis. 2. Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. 3. Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies for targeted regions or industries. 4. Leverage Product Knowledge: Apply technical knowledge of cybersecurity and IT managed services to pitch solutions effectively to clients. agreements to prospects. 6. Negotiate Deals: Collaborate with management to negotiate pricing, terms of sales, and service contracts. 7. Collaborate with Vendors: Coordinate with vendors to ensure products and services are delivered efficiently and align with client needs.
Strategic Growth and Market Insight: 12. Analyze Markets: Research industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. 13. Plan Business Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to align sales and business development strategies with company goals.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Sales Skills: Demonstrate the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth in a B2B environment. - Technical Knowledge: Understand cybersecurity and IT services and explain technical concepts to clients. - Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Excellent Communication: Deliver presentations, write proposals, and effectively report to internal teams. - Organizational Skills: Manage time and priorities effectively to handle multiple tasks. - Negotiation: Discuss pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with confidence and professionalism. - Software Proficiency: Use CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote networking tools efficiently.
Physical Requirements: - Sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. - Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds, if required.
Metrics for Success: We evaluate your performance and success in the role based on the following metrics: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Revenue Growth: Measure total sales generated during specified time periods. 2. Lead Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of leads converted into successful sales. 3.
