We've got what you're looking for. Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Project Manager to join our team! You'll lead a group of project teams in the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts. You'll contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, coordinate resourcing to cover changing customer priorities, and work under intermittent/no consultative direction toward predetermined long-range plans and objectives. You'll provide advice and counsel to the organization in your area of expertise, support new or projected areas of technological research and advancements for obtaining/attracting new business, operate in an agile development environment using DevSecOps and CI/CD practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions, coordinate with the Product Designer and Product Manager to translate "user stories" into deliverable code, and conduct and participate in design reviews, sprint demonstrations, and after-action reviews. Required skills you'll bring include a bachelor's degree in computer, science, information technology, engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline, 8+ years of related professional experience, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and the ability to perform in a lead capacity. Experience with agile project management using tools such as Jira and Confluence and configuration management tools such as Gitlab, container-based systems such as Docker and Kubernetes, scripting languages such as Node.js, JavaScript (TypeScript), and Python, YAML and JSON formats, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required. U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance are required. Desired skills include a strong understanding of hyper-converged infrastructure design, including networking, compute, and storage, experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling, knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and best practices for system and software security, and AI/ML experience. Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00.
