Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our Global Portal. This role will partner closely with Product Management, IT, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that drive exceptional digital experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate has deep experience in end-to-end process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation, and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and use cases. The Sr. BA will play a pivotal role across the solution lifecyclefrom ideation to implementation, testing, training, and post-launch support. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and existing system reviews. Create detailed current and future state process maps, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization. Develop and maintain comprehensive use cases and process flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Facilitate alignment between Product Management, Development, QA, and Stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)/Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) through test case creation, execution support, and validation of requirements. Lead or support training, knowledge transfer, and documentation efforts for internal users and external customers when needed. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Global Portal, ensuring a cohesive and consistent customer experience across products and regions. Partner with change management teams to ensure business readiness and successful adoption of portal enhancements. Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to track delivery status, mitigate risks, and manage scope changes. Requirements Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a customer-facing digital or portal environment. Proven experience with end-to-end process analysis, including creation of as-is/to-be workflows. Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional requirements. Strong experience writing use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation. Hands-on involvement in UAT coordination, test plan creation, and execution. Exposure to agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with tools such as Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or other business analysis tools. Experience working in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), SSO, and authentication workflows. Experience with API-based ecosystems and system integration mapping. Background in customer experience (CX) or user experience (UX)-driven digital products. Knowledge of Change Management, Training, and Business Readiness Planning.
