What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide programming support and analysis for software running on an IBM Power server utilizing the IBM i operating system - Analyze, define, and document requirements for data manipulation, workflow, and logical processes - Conduct adequate testing procedures to ensure quality programming output - Train internal and external customers on the usage of new applications - Provide 24/7 on-call support for Technology Department related issues
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of ten years of experience with RPG programming in an IBM environment - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to work effectively in both team and individual environments - Willingness to take on leadership roles and support roles as needed - Must be able to work required hours and travel as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in the trucking industry - Familiarity with SQL and EDI is favorable but not mandatory
