Associate Director, Data And Analysis
The Associate Director, Data And Analysis is a key partner for our client and internal teams. In this role, you will show thought leadership in bringing innovative data science methodologies that answer our client's marketing and strategy questions. Responsibilities include: Leading cross-capability data science projects and building close relationships with other disciplines Managing efficient execution of projects, including the implementation of best practices Fostering creative thinking around how we use data to solve unique business challenges in support of all marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce) Cultivating discussions on a broad base of topics and promoting junior team members to contribute Synthesizing complex analytical approaches and findings articulately and concisely Building a collaborative team environment, including participation in department-wide training efforts and fostering employee career growth Qualifications include: 7-9 years of experience in data science and analytics with a technology or Ad/Mar-tech company, advertising agency, or management consulting company Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, causal inference, and experimental design Proficiency in common data science coding languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R (Spark is preferred) Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Attribution, and Incrementality Measurement Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform and services such as BigQuery, Looker, and DataProc and deploying ML solutions on GCP environment Experience managing and coaching a team of data scientists and analysts Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects across teams Comfort with ambiguity; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with minimal oversight and process Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Diffrence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $110,580 - $158,865 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
