Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and career goals. Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulations to enhance recruitment efforts. Promote client opportunities to candidates, emphasizing their appeal to secure interest and engagement. Manage offer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial placements. Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future healthcare staffing demands efficiently. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in recruiting within the medical or healthcare industry (minimum 2-3 years). Strong understanding of healthcare roles and credentialing requirements. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
