Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time Handle payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close processes Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Prepare and review invoices, statements, and reports as needed Support senior accounting staff with special projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role preferred Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
