is seeking a skilled and reliable
X-Ray Tech
to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established imaging protocols. The X-Ray Tech will play a key role in capturing high-quality images that assist in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized X-ray examinations using fixed and portable radiographic equipment. Ensure accurate positioning of patients and proper operation of equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic images. Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self. Verify patient identity and obtain informed consent when required. Maintain and prepare imaging rooms, equipment, and supplies. Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the radiology information system (RIS). Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic accuracy. Qualifications
Associate's degree
or completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required. Current ARRT certification
in Radiography required. State licensure
as applicable. Minimum 1 year of X-ray experience
in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. Proficiency with digital radiography and PACS systems. Excellent communication, technical, and patient care skills. Benefits
