Monitor, maintain Kafka environment. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide support for Apache Kafka, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis. System Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain Kafka clusters, perform patch management, upgrades, and configuration changes. Incident Management:

Respond to incident tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with support teams and stakeholders. Performance Tuning:

Analyze performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct capacity planning. Documentation & Training:

Maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions for support teams.
