Job Summary Details: The Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests. Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older No high school diploma, GED or college degree required No experience required and on the job training provided Responsibilities: Monitoring inventory, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper storage of goods Maintaining accurate records of inventory, attendance, and other relevant data Assisting with paperwork, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to the operations manager Addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction Adhering to safety regulations, company policies, and other relevant guidelines Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an organized workspace Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with colleagues and vendors Accuracy in processing paperwork, tracking inventory, and assisting with the operation Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, inventory management, and communication ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
