Our Bartenders are responsible for excellent communication skills, serving cocktails, greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending menu items. They also requisition stock and maintain cleanliness of the area. Essential duties include: Adhering to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests. Setting up bars, requisitioning and stocking supplies. Maintaining stock and preparing garnishes and perishables. Greeting guests courteously. Taking and processing drink orders, mixing drinks, and practicing portion control. Checking IDs and recognizing guest intoxication. Handling cash, verifying charges, and securing cash drops. Cleaning and organizing work areas. Arranging bottles and glasses attractively. Washing stemware. Standing for long periods and engaging physically with guests. Reaching, standing, walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responding quickly in emergencies and demonstrating stamina and agility. Performing other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today!
