Duckpin
Duckpin is seeking a Senior Web Developer to assist in the development and maintenance of custom WordPress websites. Other duties include modifying content, adding functionality, and optimizing websites using performance and security best practices.
Must be competent in WordPress, PHP (for WordPress), HTML, (S)CSS, Javascript and other WordPress plugins/themes/technologies/frameworks. Strong coding skills and high attention to detail are critical for this position.

Driving distance to our Towson, Maryland Headquarters Ability to build and update 100% custom WordPress sites, no third-party themes Excellent front-end capabilities without the use of css frameworks
Past experience as a graphic or UX designer a plus
Ability to work with advanced web development technologies and/or WordPress capabilities such as WP hooks, WP crons, usage of third party APIs, mySQL/SQL
Past experience with Timber/Twig a plus
This is a hybrid position. You will spend a significant period of time in office for your first 3 months while being trained. For this reason, applicants will only be considered if they are located within reasonable driving distance of Towson, MD. All applicants outside of that range will not be reviewed.
