What Our Client Needs:

Our client is seeking a Consulting Practice Leader to design, launch, and optimize consulting services that align with their strategic vision and deliver measurable value to clients. This role will evolve their consulting portfolio, develop workshops and advisory solutions that leverage core tools to address client needs in employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management. You'll collaborate across teams to identify market opportunities, pilot new offerings, and integrate consulting insights into product innovation. This is both a strategic and hands-on role-ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for translating insight into action.

What You'll Do: Design and launch new consulting services or workshops leveraging core tools Train and support consultants in delivering offerings Pilot and iterate new services based on client feedback and evolving needs Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify needs and scope tailored solutions Work with Product teams to embed consulting insights into platform innovation Use data to support executive decision making, employee development, and change management Own a consulting services revenue target and partner with Sales and Customer Success to achieve it Conduct competitive analyses related to engagement, leadership, and performance offerings Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize offerings Translate customer demand into data-informed service evolution and GTM priorities Partner on pricing, packaging, and positioning of consulting services What You'll Need:

Proven ability to design and evolve consulting services aligned with strategy and client needs Deep experience with engagement surveys, assessments, 360s, and people-related tools Measurable outcomes from value-driven client engagements Strong written, verbal, visual, and facilitation communication skills Skilled in forecasting, data interpretation, and business storytelling Familiarity with tools like Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau Experience with generative AI and eLearning platforms a plus Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for impactful client deliverables Certifications in assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DISC) Background in external consulting or internal HR consulting roles Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a salary range of $140,000 to $165,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills and experience.
