Salesforce Database Administrator
to support a
special project
aimed at optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform. This short-term engagement is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is passionate about using data systems to drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities Audit and assess current Salesforce configuration and data integrity Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and standardization Implement enhancements and optimize workflows within Salesforce Create or modify custom fields, objects, reports, dashboards, and automation Provide data migration support and help integrate 3rd-party tools (if applicable) Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies Provide user support and training for staff as needed Document system updates and project changes Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred) Experience working with nonprofits and knowledge of the
Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
is highly desirable Strong skills in data migration, deduplication, and reporting Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff Available to begin work within 1-2 weeks of offer Project Details
Duration: Approximately 4-8 weeks (may vary depending on scope) Schedule: Flexible hours; part-time or full-time availability will be considered Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Location: On-site in Dallas preferred; hybrid or remote may be considered for the right candidate
