Warehouse Manager

This Position reports to: Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping, ensuring associates are aligned and tasks are executed efficiently. Maintain operational compliance by performing process audits, monitoring system workflows, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external customers. Drive performance and engagement through hands-on floor presence, real-time associate direction, and participation in pre-shift meetings to align on goals and staffing. Support team development by providing feedback on associate performance, behavior, and attendance, while upholding safety standards and completing additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Experience & Education: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior leadership experience and WMS knowledge preferred. Technical & Physical Requirements: Proficient in basic computer skills, warehouse systems, and power industrial equipment; able to lift up to 40 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands. Professionalism & Flexibility: Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates attention to detail, and is flexible to work different shifts or overtime with minimal notice.
