Key job responsibilities include: Leading transformative cross-functional logistics programs with strategic vision and tactical precision Developing comprehensive roadmaps for network optimization, focusing on inbound speed, cost reduction, and resource utilization Establishing centralized performance management frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making Facilitating collaboration between diverse stakeholder groups to align on key metrics and strategic objectives Designing and implementing advanced planning systems that enhance network responsiveness and efficiency A day in the life will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving. You'll dive deep into Amazon's global logistics ecosystem, identifying optimization opportunities across transportation networks. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and develop creative solutions that enhance network fluidity and reduce operational costs. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
