We're seeking a passionate Developer Relations Engineer focused on education, creative writing, and communication to bridge Replit and the vibe coder community. This role presents an opportunity to engage with millions of new builders and the ability to educate on the largest, fastest growing platform. You'll educate users through vibe coding and content while gathering feedback to improve our builder experience.

What You'll Do

Technical Writing & Content Creation

Help builders achieve their potential through blogs, guides, and tutorials Keep our community informed and engaged with regular updates & changelogs Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help build the future of software development Template Development & Vibe Coding

Bridge the gap between idea & creation with demo apps, templates, and starter projects on Replit Create rapid prototypes showcasing AI integrations and Replit's capabilities-for businesses, enterprises, and consumers alike Community Engagement & Events

Build relationships within Replit communities Represent the company at conferences meetups and hackathons (consumer and enterprise) Gather and synthesize community feedback for product improvements Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

Development Background:

1-2 years of software engineering or data engineering experience with demonstrable projects AI Tools Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with AI development tools and platforms Template Development:

Proven ability to create reusable well-documented code templates Writing & Communication Skills

Technical Writing:

Exceptional written communication skills with proven experience creating technical content Content Strategy:

Understanding of how to structure technical information for different skill levels Interpersonal Skills:

Natural ability to connect with builders through written communication Cross-functional Collaboration:

Experience working with product engineering and marketing teams Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Developer Relations Previous experience with Replit Active presence in vibe coding communities Background in technical documentation or content marketing Experience organizing events or conferences focused on AI tools Familiarity with AI development workflows Success in this role looks like
