Riverside Logistics team.

We are looking for a local candidate that resides in the area near Riverside, CA. Assist Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations, including shipping volume, on-time shipping, and inventory availability. Lead and train warehouse team members, including new hires and temporary workers, on standard operating procedures and process improvements. Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order assembly, product pulling, and inventory management. Implement and maintain lean principles and standardized work practices to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage inventory using barcode scanners, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels, shortages, and damages. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse. Collaborate with other department managers and lead personnel to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators. Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor, including shift scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and problem-solving. Preferred Skills
