Job Summary
This position requires a high level of independence and technical/organizational expertise to support the Construction and Project Management (C&PM) team. The role involves managing SharePoint project sites, maintaining accurate project records, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring effective documentation and communication across departments. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly self-sufficient, and experienced in administrative functions within a technical environment.
Principal Accountabilities Work independently with minimal supervision to manage a wide range of moderately to highly complex tasks. Organize, maintain, and update department SharePoint sites. Collaborate with Project Managers to track and monitor project files and documentation. Ensure all Teams and SharePoint files are accurate and up to date. Upload, publish, archive, and manage project documentation. Train users on SharePoint and project document protocols as needed. Handle project closeout activities including document scanning, printing, and archiving. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors (SSIS, paperwork, training). Deliver oral and written communications to internal stakeholders. Support biennial refueling outage activities as designated. Perform other related duties as assigned. Schedule Description

Required

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Applied Management, Business, or Project Management) + 2+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience OR Associate degree in management, technical, or science-related field + 4+ years of advanced experience OR High school diploma/GED + 6+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience Desired :
Bachelor's or associate degree in relevant field Experience within the commercial nuclear power industry Required Skills & Abilities
Strong communication (oral/written) at all levels across the organization Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), Teams, and SharePoint Ability to handle multiple moderately complex tasks with minimal guidance Strong organizational and prioritization skills High attention to detail and personal integrity Technically adept and able to quickly learn new software Demonstrated alignment with core values: Safety, Integrity, Excellence, Accountability Familiarity with office equipment for scanning and document filing Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Desired Skills & Abilities
Previous experience with records management, particularly at a commercial nuclear site Familiarity with policies, processes, and programs At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word for advanced document editing Proven ability to collaborate across organizational levels and departments Certifications (Nice to Have)
PMP Certification (preferred but not required) Construction Management Certification (preferred but not required)
