Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Project Manager / Product Owner

to manage projects focused on customer communications for cable and mobile customers, including email and SMS initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving the entire project lifecycle-from definition through implementation-while ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, write detailed business and functional requirements, and manage priorities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, drive milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Write clear and comprehensive

Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

and

Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) . Conduct grooming calls to refine requirements and priorities. Establish effective communication plans with project teams and key stakeholders. Provide daily direction to project resources and ensure effective change management. Prepare and maintain documentation, status reports, and budgets. Balance workload between meetings, documentation, and project management activities. Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

Strong

Project Management

skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects. Proficiency in

BRD/FRD writing

and functional requirements documentation. Strong

prioritization

and organizational skills. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Project ,

Visio ,

Excel , and

Word . Experience:

0-2 years of project management or related experience (internship or academic projects considered). Soft Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Work Environment

Onsite Policy:

4 days in-office, 1 day remote. Interview Process:
