Key Responsibilities: Simulate sales order creation, returns processing, CRM setup, and service ticket flows Test how AI-generated steps hold up to real business scenarios like split shipments or credit memos Identify where software workflows could better align with customer expectations Contribute your voice to sprint cycles and product testing reviews Help design intuitive resources for frontline sales and service teams About You
Industry background in
life sciences, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, nutrition, or dietary supplements Experience in order entry, CRM, fulfillment, or customer support Understands the full cycle from quote to cash, including escalations and service issues Communicates clearly and can break down operational pain points Motivated to grow into ERP consulting, customer success, or tech-focused roles Genuinely excited to work with AI, eager to learn about conversational and generative technologies, and open to partnering with our product team to shape the future of AI-driven ERP
