The

HRIS Manager

is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information Systems. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing HR operations by managing system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing improvements that drive efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience. Collaborating closely with HR, IT, cross functional partners and executive leadership, the HRIS Manager ensures that HR technologies align with business goals and regulatory requirements, while continuing to advance innovatively. They lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities, and deliver actionable insights through advanced HR analytics. Additionally, the HRIS Manager supports change management efforts, provides training and guidance to system users, and fosters strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to support a dynamic and evolving HR environment.

Essential Functions:

Lead the administration and optimization of UKG Pro, including configuration, upgrades, and scalable process design to support automation and growth. Manage and support benefit administration modules (Ben Admin/PlanSource), including EDI file feeds, exception handling, open enrollment configuration and carrier integrations. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to streamline and automate HR processes and workflows, ensuring systems align with business needs and improve operational efficiency. Oversee system testing, data validation, and audits to maintain data integrity and ensure reliable performance across all HRIS functions. Monitor and manage the flow of HR data from UKG Pro into Tableau, supporting dashboard development and maintenance for executive and HR reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, minimizing disruption and maintaining continuity across HR operations. Communicate system updates, patches, and enhancements clearly and timely to impacted users and stakeholders. Stay current on new features and upgrades in UKG Pro and PlanSource, ensuring the organization leverages the most effective tools available. Support scalable reporting across employment, compensation, performance, benefits, and development needs. Develop and facilitate training for users and colleagues on system functionality, enhancements, and self-service capabilities. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises HRIS Analyst (1) Skills:

Proficient in report writing and business process configuration within HRIS platforms, especially UKG Pro. Demonstrated ability to lead change, challenge legacy processes, and creatively solve complex problems. Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical and data-driven concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative team player with a dependable and proactive work style. Committed to maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, and accuracy in all HRIS-related activities. Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and urgent deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Skilled in data analysis, research, testing, and validation to support decision-making and system optimization. Ability to understand and visualize business needs, while providing recommendations for system design to support key initiatives. Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed environments, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, is highly beneficial. Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRIS experience, with a strong focus on complex reporting, systems automation, and process optimization. At least 2 years of experience managing or leading HR technology functions, either as a team leader or senior individual contributor. Hands-on experience with

UKG Pro

is required. Experience with

Ben Admin/PlanSource

benefit administration modules is preferred. Familiarity with integrated HR systems including ATS, LMS, performance management platforms, and third-party survey tools. Proven ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments; experience in private equity-backed organizations and M&A activity is highly advantageous. Pay or shift range: $118,000 to $145,000 The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
