We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable
caregivers
to provide
attendant care, habilitation, and respite services
to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while working a flexible schedule that fits your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility (Attendant Care)
Implement individualized support plans to teach life skills, communication, and social interaction (Habilitation)
Provide temporary relief and supervision to primary caregivers (Respite)
Encourage independence and personal development
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
Genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (if transporting clients)
Must pass background check and obtain or be willing to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (if required by your state)
Preferred Qualifications:
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Article-9(or willing to obtain) DCW certification (or willing to obtain) Experience providing habilitation, attendant care, or respite services Training in behavior support or direct support preferred Committed to work for at least 90 days Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel with in 10 to 15 miles radius Flexible and willing to pick up extra shift
