Senior Accounting Operations
talent to support high-volume transactions, drive process improvements, and help with monthly close activities. If you're a hands-on accounting pro who enjoys solving problems and keeping things organized, this is your next role.
Why You'll Want This Senior Accounting Operations Job: $37 per hour - competitive hourly rate Hybrid work setup - more flexibility, less commute Work with a fast-paced, high-performing finance team Help lead projects and internal trainings Make a direct impact on enterprise-level financial operations What You'll Do: Manage high-volume transaction processing and cash receipt tracking Investigate wire issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure audit-ready records Support month-end close and reporting processes Recommend workflow improvements and collaborate on special projects What You'll Need: 3+ years in accounting or finance ops with 150+ transactions/day Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and monthly close Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus If You Have: SAP or Oracle experience Audit support background, or exposure to sponsored research accounting
