We are seeking a Tier II Systems Analyst for the Solutions Delivery Department.
The Tier II Systems Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of server environments, ensuring seamless operations across the enterprise. This position is pivotal in supporting disaster recovery and business continuity strategies, helping safeguard organizational data and infrastructure. Additionally, the analyst contributes to the success of IT initiatives by coordinating projects and managing resources effectively. With a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, this role ensures timely and reliable support for complex system challenges.

Highlights:
Asses technical situations and shape appropriate next actions
Resolve technical issues arising from network, server, storage, database, and desktop integrations & failures
Diagnose service needs, responding, and resolving technical issues
Conduct data accumulation, consolidation, and analysis
Experience:
Required
Minimum of 12 months in a technically diverse support environment
At least 6 months supporting two or more of the following technical areas: virtual environments, network storage, Cisco networking, SQL, Microsoft Server, Active Directory administration, or Microsoft Exchange administration
Preferred
Background in the financial services industry
Education:
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred
Cisco, ITIL, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMWare, CommVault, Citrix, Aruba, Nimble, Pure
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
Analytical, troubleshooting skills, organizational skills, problem solving abilities to support complex environment
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills · Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail
Ability to define business and technical requirements

Power-Shell skills and understanding to support Active Directory
Understanding of LAN/WAN/Wireless network environment and administration skills
