BH Residential Program Manager

This position oversees multiple locations with established Residential Management teams. Provides clinical and programmatic oversight. Provides supervision and support to the residential management team to ensure residents are receiving the appropriate care, all licensed programs meet OMHSAS regulations, work with county and state officials. Serves as a role model for employees and individuals we provide services for. Works with Residential Manager to ensure proper training and agency policies are followed. Provides clinical and programmatic oversight and supervision of Residential Managers with Supported Living and CRR residential programs. Assists in the resolution of complaints/concerns and serve as role model for employees and the individuals served. Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met and residents receive the appropriate care in a home like setting. (30%) Pay: $50,000/yr without administrator certification. $2,000 increase with the administrator certification for PCH. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health / Human Service field required 1-3 years of related work experience 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the Human Service field working in a residential or community setting Responsibilities: Responsible for completing internal audits to ensure training requirements are met, monies are being used appropriately and staff charting/treatment plans meet the standards of the regulatory entities as well as Salisbury Behavioral Health requirements. (5%) Actively participates in budget monitoring, and budget creation as well as oversight of payroll and accompanying approvals of assigned residential sites, ability to multi task.(35%) Responsible for State Licensing/Program Audits and plans of corrective to improve program performance. (10%) Provide secondary after hours and on-call coverage as part of the leadership rotation. (10%) Participate and facilitate weekly residential meetings (5%) Review and assess on-going residential referrals and discharges (5%) Oversight of multiple locations and Residential Home Managers Directly supervises Residential Managers in multiple sites, oversees budgets for multiple locations Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal background Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) Drug testing Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements. Proof of employment history or references (if required) Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
