Senior Associate

The Role: The Senior Associate will report to the Strategy Lead for Blue Owl's Private Wealth division and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business. The team is focused on driving AUM growth by unlocking new partnerships, targeting untapped capital pools, developing innovative product solutions, and expanding geographically and across channels. This role offers significant exposure to senior leaders within Private Wealth and across the broader organization. Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and evaluation of new strategic initiatives to drive growth. Coordinate and project manage multiple cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful execution of key priorities. Prepare status updates and presentation materials to support decision-making and communication with senior leadership. Leverage market intelligence, data analytics, and industry insights to ensure Blue Owl's offerings remain differentiated and aligned with client needs. Partner with the Strategy Lead and other senior leaders to craft creative growth strategies, assess risks, monitor competitive dynamics, and identify expansion opportunities. Support ad hoc strategic initiatives on behalf of the Private Wealth Strategy Lead, Global Private Wealth COO, and Head of Global Private Wealth. Qualifications & Attributes: Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus. Experience:
57 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or corporate strategy. Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management skills, comfort with tight deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective collaborator with the ability to work independently or as part of a team across all levels of the organization. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of financial markets and alternative investment products. Familiarity with the private wealth landscape and evolving client needs across different channels and geographies. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $125,000 - $155,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
