Administrative And Marketing Support
With support and direction of the Director, provides clerical, administrative, fiscal and marketing support. Supervises and manages all physician practice activities such as staff and physician scheduling, patient throughput and billing functions. Commonly interacts with physicians, clients, patients and other departments with service excellence. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field and 2 years managerial experience or a high school graduate/equivalent and minimum of 5 years in a similarly situated practice. Master of Science degree in health or business management-preferred. Certification & Licensures: BLS Certification Experience: Three to five years management experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with diverse customer groups; including physicians, staff, business and community members, and vendors. Strong problem solving skills and exceptional team dynamic skills. Excellent organizational skills with intensely accurate follow through. Working knowledge of full range of physician practice financial and clinical operations resulting in revenue enhancement and cost containment.
